How do I pay?

Payment is taken by card securely via our site. Payment will be taken from your credit/debit card once the clean is complete.

Is there a booking fee?

No. So £14.99 per hour means just that, no small print, no questions asked. Cancelling less than 48 hours before a booking does incur a cancellation charge however. See below.

Can I cancel?​

We're confident you won't want to cancel once you've experienced our Gleam Clean but you are free to cancel at any point up to 48 hours before your next booking. If you cancel in less than 48 hours this charge increases to one hour.
